- Own purchasing and planning activities for assigned commodities and/or product lines
- Place and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with production schedules and demand signals

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Address material shortage, backlogs, or other potential schedule interruptions that may impact the Contract Manufacturer’s production schedule
- Escalate and organize cross functional and global teams to achieve quick resolution to supply problems
- Collaborate with Contract Manufacturer to analyze potential constraints and ensure available capacity and materials to support of the build plan and customer needs.
- Proactively identify gaps in production plan, supply, capacity, materials to reduce risk to the business and meet demand and customer request dates
- Analyze PPV and PO Excess requests made by the Contract Manufacturer
- Monitor & achieve KPIs related to Contract Manufacturer (Excess, On Time Delivery, Inventory Management in line with corporate goals

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our logistics team. This role’s primary duty is coordinating and executing shipping and receiving activities. Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all paperwork and transactions as well as packing and unpacking the parts and equipment. This role reports to the Senior Operations Manager
General Duties:
- Maintains a clean and organized warehouse environment by ensuring that proper housekeeping is followed
- Perform duties as required and identified by direct Supervisor/Manager
Inventory Management:
- Process material requests, pull parts and transaction inventory
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, including daily checks and periodic inventory audits
Receiving:
- Unload shipments from suppliers, verify the accuracy of shipment contents and quantities, inspect goods for defects or damages, and report discrepancies.
- Complete necessary transactions to receive material
- Deliver, organizing and store received items in appropriate areas.
- Manages discrepancies by following up with appropriate departments
- Work with the purchasing team and AP team to fix any issues regarding receipts
Shipping:
- Works with the direct Supervisor/Manager to process orders and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of order fulfillment
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensure items are packaged properly
- Handle daily shipping activities, including domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate with freight companies to ensure timely pickup.
- Create shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems
- Complete necessary transactions to ship material
- Track and confirm shipments are delivered; investigates issues and work with Logistic Supervisor to resolve
- Manages shipping supplies and ensures ample inventory of packing supplies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Background
The Senior Quality Engineer is a key leader within the Operations organization, responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving manufacturing and field quality across manufacturing sites. This role serves as the primary quality authority and escalation owner for production yield, customer field issues, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with senior leaders in R&D, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Compliance. The position requires strong technical depth, operational judgment, and data-driven execution to protect customer satisfaction and enable scalable, high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior quality gatekeeper for factory operations and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with global regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Own end-to-end resolution of systemic production yield, quality, and reliability issues, including executive-level escalations when required.
- Lead complex field quality investigations, customer escalations, and cross-functional corrective action programs.
- Own processes, products, packaging, labeling, and marking requirements as per internal and customer requirements.

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international shipments, including coordination with overseas teams, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse/fulfillment partners.

- Manage end-to-end import export operations from pre-alert to final delivery

- Leads product delivery from MLTP/Teradyne’s Contract Manufacturer (CM) in Lebanon.
- Responsible for taking the sales forecast and developing a production build plan/slot plan aligned to the CM’s commit.
- Overcome and drive any issues that may arise from the CM process, product, capacity, materials supply chain, or any other logistical issues coming in the way of meeting customer demand and on-time delivery
- Oversees contract manufacturers’ production schedule and ensure it meets our customer commitments.
- Plan and execute needed global capacity is in place and evaluate and see to the closure of issues involving production and test.
